Port Angeles, WA

When we arrived on Bainbridge Island, we drove to Port Angeles to stay in the Walmart parking lot for the night. It was a clean well lit Walmart. I have found that if you use the restroom, go to the one in the back of the store, it is cleaner and quieter.
This is a funny van we saw while driving around. What do you think? Should we go for this look?

We decided to spend the day in Port Angeles, so what do we do? Look for a hike or walk. We found this one that is about 6.5 miles and takes you along Ediz hook.

As we walked along this trail, it started to feel very industrial. I have never been so close to a mill before. You literally walk through the buildings of the mill.

A tiled silo, never seen one like this before.

As the walk continued, the views became more spectacular.

The ocean breeze was so fresh and strong. It really was refreshing!

  1. Interesting walk how it took you through the industrial area to the water. I assume you find this on your fancy phones???
