After Chicago we drove to the other side of Lake Michigan. I gotta tell you, this side was better. There weren't very many people around so it was low key and quiet. :)
It also had a great beach we walked along, and huge crushing waves. We asked ourselves, is this a lake or an ocean.
Cricket was happy to have some beach, playing on the sand is a favorite of hers.
It does look very much like the ocean! Beautiful!
